Here at Vaperkings (Trading name for V2o Liquid vapour LTD) we aim to provide high quality products to you using the most efficient courier services possible. Below we have listed the options available for delivery. Starting from £1 we are sure you will find a suitable delivery preference. We also offer our customers free delivery when placing orders of £40 or more, please see below for more information.

Our order cut-off point for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed before this time on the same working day, however due to the amount of orders placed (especially after the weekend), sometimes this is not always possible.

POSTAGE

The first class postage service is an ideal economy postage service that is available to all UK customers that are ordering 10ml E-liquid bottles only. You can place an order with up to 12 x 10ml bottles and select this service, once you exceed this amount or add a different product type to your basket you will no longer be able to select this delivery option. You will not be able to receive tracking updates with this service, but you will still receive an order update from us when we dispatch your order.

TRACK 48 SIGNED FOR

The Tracked 48 delivery signed service has an estimated delivery time of between 2-3 working days from dispatch. A signature is required SMS and/or E-Mail Tracking Notifications. Customers living in remote locations such as the Shetland Islands may experience slightly longer delivery times. If you are not available to receive your order when delivery is attempted, you will be left a Royal Mail card with direction of how you can obtain your goods. This service is offered free of charge to any UK customer spending £40 or more.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. At peak times, especially around Christmas and Public Holidays, and during bad weather, deliveries may take longer than anticipated to arrive. We will provide tracking numbers for the relevant delivery service used. Although we will assist you in any way we can, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced, we offer no guaranteed delivery times and do not refund postage fees for late deliveries.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you. We may at our discretion, upgrade the postage option for orders of significant value or heavy items, we will not charge you any extra postage fees for this. We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time.

IMPORTANT

Our order cut-off point for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. Order placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, this does not mean that has been collected by the courier, it indicates that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.
